Elegant Accommodations (Sleeps 8)
Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom:
Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Ensuite.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Ensuite.
Extra Guests: A Queen-sized inflatable bed with premium linens is provided.

Important Details & House Rules

-Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests (including children/infants and daytime visitors). No large groups or parties.
-Rates are calculated based on the guest count given at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for changes to the guest count after booking.
-Pet Policy: No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, host approval is required prior to booking.
-Local Guests: Local rentals (within 100 miles) are restricted, host approval is required prior to booking.
-No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
-Security: For guest safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
-Equipment Restrictions: No loading carts or large beach gear are allowed inside the unit.
-Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is provided; front-row placement is not guaranteed.
-Pool & Facilities: Managed independently by the resort complex. Temporary closures for routine maintenance may occur and are non-refundable.
-Parking: Complimentary parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. No trailers or campers permitted. Very limited oversized parking is available for taller vehicles on first come/first served basis.

A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations listing the names of guests and ages of children under 18.

  Great facility for a family vacation. Everything was ideal. Facilities were clean and kept up. Amenities were great with a more than ample sized pool that was always clean. For our family a deal breaker when we’re looking for a vacation rental is a place that doesn’t have a washer & dryer. This unit had an in-room washer & dryer that allowed us to pack lighter & just wash clothes regularly. Staff was very helpful & responsive. The Keurig coffee maker in our unit broke the second day. We called about it and a brand new Keurig in box, was delivered within a couple of hours. Nice private boardwalk to the beach and the absolute best beach we’ve ever been to. Powdery soft white sand that is not riddled with broken pieces of sharp shells. Would definitely not hesitate to go back.

  This condo was just as expected- It was big and comfortable for my husband and myself, and our three young adult children. It was very clean and had most everything we beed3d in the kitchen. The deck was set up well for us to enjoy as well. It was also nice to have a covered parking spot! My only complaints are: a new dishwasher or dishwasher repair is needed. It didn’t clean the dishes very well, even when dishes were rinsed. And check in times should be staggered a little. Having everyone check in at four was chaotic-and a little dangerous. Cars everywhere in a small area and people unloading and walking in the road-all at the same time. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. Dee easily accommodated us when we wanted to stay an extra day. I would definitely stay here again and rent from Navarre Beach Vacations!
