Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom:
Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed + Ensuite.
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed + Ensuite.
Extra Guests: A Queen-sized inflatable bed with premium linens is available. Please notify us 3 days in advance to have this set up for your arrival.

Family Friendly: Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays, highchairs, and strollers are available (first-come, first-served; please reserve 3 days in advance).

Important Details
Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

  We absolutely loved our stay! The private balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture were highlights and we spent so much time eating together at the large outdoor table. The views of the pier were wonderful, and while you can't see the sunset directly from this unit, the overall experience was fantastic. Plus, everyone slept great thanks to the incredibly comfortable beds. We’re already planning to rent this exact unit for our next beach trip!

  The condo was very nice and very clean. The balcony was perfect for meals, all shade after about 10am. My only negative comments concern the property. There was no restrooms on the grounds near the pool. This is a huge inconvenience if you have children. Secondly, although we paid extra for premium seating on a 2nd set of beach chairs, we could never get on the front row (although many of the reserved chairs for owners stayed empty). This is the first time I have ever encountered this in all our many travels to the beach. However, we still had a great time and would consider a return visit.

    Thank you for the 5 Star Review Ruth, We wanted to address your concerns as they are also addressed in our guest guide that was sent to you prior to your arrival. Local regulations prohibit ground level restrooms for condos built after 2000. There are restrooms on the 1st floor in the community room. Front row beach chairs are never guaranteed especially during the peak summer months. Otherwise we are glad you enjoyed your stay and we would be happy to have you as a returning guest!

  Our stay at Beach Cony was amazing! The condo was spotless and so comfy. Beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The pool was chilly (we had cool weather) but we loved catching some rays. The beach is beyond compare, just beautiful and so easy to get to from the condo. The location is just what we like- quiet but easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. DeeAnna was quick to answer any questions and the communication for arrival and departure was clear and easy to follow. We loved every minute of our stay!
