Elegant Accommodations (Sleeps 8)
Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom:

Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite.

Bedroom 2: Cozy Queen Bed + Ensuite.

Bedroom 3: Cozy Queen Bed + Ensuite.

Extra Guests: A Queen-sized inflatable bed with premium linens is available. Please notify us 3 days in advance to have this set up for your arrival.

Family Friendly: Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays, highchairs, and strollers are available (first-come, first-served; please reserve 3 days in advance).

Important Details
Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

  Loved staying at this location. The unit was clean, spacious and has a great setup for multiple people. There is a small gym that had all I needed for vacation workouts. We had an issue with the coffee maker and customer service replaced it in no time. The location makes walking to eat a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

  We visited in mid September and the weather was beautiful. The water was a perfect temperature: warm enough to swim, but not too hot. There were 3 great restaurants within walking distance. All three had excellent food, live music and no wait for a table!

  We had a great time and experience with our recent stay at Navarre!! The entire trip went smoothly and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus some!! The only suggestion I have is a laundry basket for the laundry room. We will definitely stay here again!! The beach and condo were great!!

  We had a wonderful time in Navarre. The condo was clean and everyone was super nice. The only thing I didn’t like about the condo was there were no blinds on the front window at the entry door. Besides that, everything was perfect and location was fantastic. Beach was busy but not crowded. We loved our week. 5 stars!

  AWESOME! Linda Kelson went "above and beyond" to arrange our reservation. Our accommodations in 7A in Beach Colony East were perfect for our needs. We had a fantastic view of the Gulf, and, while the weather didn't cooperate 100% of the time, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Family Gathering and reunion. Having only one elevator operational for the first few days was a minor inconvenience.

  We loved this condo! The location, which was walking distance to the pier and restaurants was very convenient. It had a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean.
