This luxury 18th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 1 Queen in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

  My husband and I came down for our mini honeymoon as Navarre (and Beach Colony) is our favorite beach. The condo was exactly like the pictures but the views are much better than shown. After my husband adjusted to how high we were (personal issue) we really enjoyed the variety of balcony furniture and spent all of our time on the balcony. The large kitchen was easy to maneuver around and plenty of space. Make sure you bring everything with you-down to the salt & pepper-as there is nothing along those lines here. Non-stick spray is a must too because the pots and pans aren't non-stick-we learned that the hard way. The ice machine in the fridge was wanky too but I assume that may be an easy fix. Other than those few things it was perfect! We utilized the community grills often and really enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrella. Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Lunch at Windjammers and dinner at Beach Social House are good choices.

  This place is absolutely gorgeous! The location is great, walking distance to some restaurants and pier. The condo is clean and spacious. The pool is very nice. Love the complimentary chairs and umbrella included. Will stay here again

  Condo was very nice. It would be almost perfect if it had a nice recliner. Bed in the master was firm and comfortable as was the bed in the second bedroom. Rugs in the bedroom should probably be replaced as they were very worn.Linda and Sarah were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you ladies for taking care of our mail!!

  It was a very nice condo. We loved it! The only negative I have is that it advertised to sleep 6 because the couch was supposed to turn into bed. Well the couch did not appear to be a sleeper sofa so we had to do different sleeping arrrangements. But other than that we absolutely loved it!!
