This luxury 17th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 Queens in the second bedroom, and 2 Queens in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed. No local rentals (less than 200 miles).

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

  Beach colony Navarre is the best!!!
  We stayed in 17F. The rooms were great. Really loved 2 queens beds in each of 2 bedrooms and a king in master.
  No complaints. We have stayed at Beach Colony about 6 times and all have been great. Highly recommend this condo.

  We are 1 month into our 2 month stay at Beach Colony. So far it has been better than we had hoped. Very nice condo with great views.
  We did have to do some sweeping and mopping because of sand, but that was a minor thing.

  We were here for an annual Girl's Trip. This is our second time staying in this unit. The accommodations were perfect for our group with the 2 queen beds in each of the guest rooms along with King Master. The only minus was that there were light bulbs out in both the kitchen and over the dining table. Property management was quick to respond to get them replaced. This condo is in a perfect spot, great view of the beach and water from the balcony and love the sunsets in the evening.

  Everything went really smooth from booking the condo to arriving.
  The condo is very spacious. The condo is a corner unit with a large balcony gulf front. We enjoyed sitting out there watching dolphins, the early morning kayakers that were fishing.
