Important Details
Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

  We have rented from Linda the last several years and last year and this year rented the same unit 15A. The Condo is very nice, very comfortable and clean. My little granddaughter called it her condo. We had an A/C issue and Linda took care of it quickly even giving us an option to sleep in another unit if our condo was not suitable for that night. We didn’t need it and the A/C people were there first thing in morning. I would recommend this property rental to anyone.

  Our recent visit to Navarre Beach was fantastic and we will definitely by back! The condo was easy to access with elevators, carts, and convenient covered parking with a reserved space. The owners provided all the information to us clearly ahead of time. The unit itself was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the view can't be beat from all throughout the unit. It was very spacious and had all the amenities you needed while away from home. The ice maker in the unit was so convenient before hitting the beach or just making a drink. Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate at first, the beach was lovely! The beach was clean and quiet compared to other spring break beaches in the area. Plenty of shells to hunt and we even got to see dolphins, sea turtles, and rays swim by! Walkable favorites for us included AndyDs for breakfast, the pier for great views and fun fishing, and the turtle conservation center.
  
  Things to consider that could be improved or weren't ideal would be intermittent Wifi in the unit. Not a big deal if you're looking to decompress, but if you're trying to work remotely it's tough. Also, the pool is not heated so is very cold in the spring time. Plus, there weren't easily accessible restrooms from the beach/pool area.
  
  Again, we would highly recommend this unit and location!!

  My family and I rented this condo for our annual beach vacation. The condo worked perfectly for our group. Enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. Some of the furniture seemed recently updated and all of it was in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. We especially liked that there was an ice machine in the laundry room. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the people, dolphins and jets!

  My group takes this trip annually, and we are probably approaching a decade at Beach Colony. It is the ideal set up for us. Rooms are clean and convenient. The storage room makes life so easy. It truly allows us to unplug and relax. Linda has always been a joy to work with, and she has superb customer service. We will certainly be back.
