For your entertainment, indulge in a 52" mounted TV in the living room and a 50" TV in the gulf-front master bedroom, both offering an immersive viewing experience. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub, providing the ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the guest room boasts 2 full beds, a private bath, and a 42" TV for added comfort and convenience.
Prepare culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you need to impress your family and friends with gourmet meals.
Complimentary Beach Chair Service is included from March to October, offering two chairs and one umbrella for your beachfront relaxation.

  It was beautiful and exceptional. The bed was comfortable and loved taking a shower while looking out to the beach. We stayed during Hurricane Hellene but we just got the winds. It felt like home. We will definitely rent it again and tell my family and friends about it.

  Our trip and stay in BCE 18B was as close to perfection as a trip can be. We have visited Beach Colony numerous times and our recent stay was one of the best visits that we have had! Beautifully decorated, upgraded appliances and furniture, and a view that was perfect for taking in the fireworks show on the 4th. We will definitely look to book this unit again.

  We loved staying here. It had a great view of the ocean. Condo was clean and nice. Huge TV in living room. The pool is big and our kids wanted to swim every day! Would definitely return! The lady's were so nice when we arrived to early to try and let us checkin early.

  The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The views are amazing from the living room and master bedroom. The only thing I would like to see changed is the shower head, which is an easy fix. It was moldy at the base and didn't work the best. However, I look forward to our return.

  Beautiful and very comfortable...everything in this condo purposeful. The kitchen is fully stocked with very nice pots, pans, and appliances. Enjoyed the patio and view the most! It gets shade most all day to relax and dine on. Traveled with extended family in other units coming to Navarre for about 5 years ... this condo by far would rate #1.

  The condo was perfect for my family, it was just as described and the view was spectacular! We love staying on a high floor so we really enjoyed the large balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We went to restaurants within walking distance and to the pier. We had no issues and enjoyed the large on site pool as well. Would love to go back!

  Place was very clean, beds were comfortable. The ice maker needs repairing and needs more glasses in unit. We absolutely loved our week stay there and would love to return. One thing is you can’t see too far to the right because a building blocks view. Looking towards the peer was the most amazing view ever. We loved the place. Thank you!!
