Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom:
Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite with jetted tub with Gulf views, step in shower and dual vanities.
Bedroom 2: 2 Full Beds + Ensuite with a step in shower.

Family Friendly: Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays, highchairs, and strollers are available (first-come, first-served; please reserve 3 days in advance).

Important Details & House Rules

-Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests (including children/infants daytime visitors). No large groups or parties.
-Rates are calculated based on information provided at booking. Additional fees may apply for changes.
-Pet Policy: No pets or ESAs permitted. If traveling with an ADA service animal, host approval is required prior to booking.
-Local Guests: Local rentals (within 100 miles) are restricted, host approval is required prior to booking.
-No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
-Security: For guest safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
-Equipment Restrictions: No loading carts or large beach gear are allowed inside the unit.
-Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is provided; front-row placement is not guaranteed.
-Pool & Facilities: Managed independently by the resort complex. Temporary closures for routine maintenance may occur and are non-refundable.
-Parking: Complimentary parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. No trailers or campers permitted. Very limited oversized parking for taller vehicles, first come/first served.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

  So my family was impressed with Beach Colony East the minute we pulled up to unpack our belongings and walking in the unit was even a stronger "glad we made this reservation" feeling. Is obvious that Beach Colony East is taken care of from a maintenance and cleanliness standpoint. Elevators are fast and quick to arrive, even on the 18th floor! Our unit, 18B, was super clean and quite well appointed with furniture, kitchen cooking supplies and more. High end and comfortable patio furniture on a nice size balcony that offered a great view of the Gulf and fishing pier. The unit is on the East side of the building, so you are sheltered from the afternoon sun. Great high speed wireless internet and modern TV's installed were perfect for a bit of chill time when needed. We will certainly look for this exact unit for our next family vacation to Navarre Beach!!

  What a great gem in Navarre Beach! This condo is very comfortable and we felt so welcome here! First - the views!! Exactly as advertised! Beautiful. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and IF I felt like cooking on vacation, I would have had no problems making almost anything. And for what I did cook? everything was easy to use. The bedrooms are great - beds comfortable, easy to unpack, and bathrooms are nicely done. Plenty of games to keep us busy (thanks!). Everything was clean & well maintained. Communication with the property management was excellent. Thank you especially for the complimentary beach chairs!
