This luxury 13th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 Fulls in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

  The unit was clean and nicely appointed, with attention to little details that we really appreciated.
  
  We loved Navarre Beach, and Beach Colony Resort! Before staying here, we stayed 13 nights at the same resort on the other side of the building - also a nice location with sunrise views. We appreciated the beauty of the area, low traffic volume, yet good restaurants nearby - 3 within walking distance. What we didn't realize, was how cool and windy the weather would be in March. There was only one day out of 11 (in this unit) that was warm enough to sit on the lovely balcony to watch the sunset. However, I was often able to find a protected sunny spot on the balcony to read earlier in the day, and the weather was nice for brisk walking, which we did every day.
  
  The rental company was great to work with and we recommend renting with them if you plan to visit Navarre Beach!

  Most important thing to me is cleanliness. Cleaning crew gets an A+. Condo had everything you could ask for except internet service was sporadic.
  View was gorgeous. Office management was excellent. Linda answered all my questions and concerns. August/September are the ideal times to visit Navarre.

  The condo was absolutely perfect. Included plenty of amenities such as extra blankets and pillow. It was very clean! The only thing I wish we knew about was the parking. We own a large truck and we could not fit in the parking garage. There are spots available for large vehicles but there are only 3 spots. This is by no means the owners/host fault. The condo itself was perfect and still deserves 5 stars. We will be back!

  This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable.
  The location to the beach is something we really enjoyed. Close enough that if you did not want to pack everything for the day or forget to take something with you to the beach you could quickly walk back to get. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
  Will most likely stay here each year we return to beautiful Navarre beach!
