This luxury 16th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 Queens in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

  We drove in from GPT, not a bad drive at all. We stopped and toured the USS Alabama. When we got to Navarre we were pleasantly surprised! It was a bit chilly but the beach was absolutely beautiful, the water is a beautiful blue and the sand is like powder. Our 2 bedroom condo was amazing everything you possibly would need is in this condo. Our bed was so comfortable and ample seating.

  Lovely, clean, no clutter condo. Comfortable beds and linens. Well equipped kitchen. Second bedroom had no drawer storage. Rental company very accommodating.

  This was a first time in Navarre Beach, first time in a condo. It was perfect. We will be back next year. Only thing I would change is the beach time with chairs. They close them up at 5:00. This needs to be maybe 7:00. We did not have our own chairs, because it was a short visit and did not know the 5:00 pm time frame.

  We thoroughly enjoyed this property and unit. We have stayed here before and feel it is the nicest highrise on the beach. The unit was exactly as advertised although pictures never do justice. The master bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage for our clothes including a walk in closet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was heavenly at the end of a long day at the beach. The pool was heated which was very nice. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed as far as the basics although we did end up buying a cookie sheet. The washer and dryer look relatively new and were extremely nice. The only thing I would change would be to add blackout curtains for the master bedroom as the sun comes up quite early. I was very impressed with communication with the management company. They were very good about getting back to us quickly and listened well to any questions we had. The groundskeeping staff were very friendly and really do a great job in keeping up the community. The beach rental guy was reliable and super friendly as well. Overall a wonderful stay and would not hesitate for a second to recommend this unit and property. We will definitely be back!
