Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom:
Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite.
Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds + Ensuite.
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed + Ensuite.

Family Friendly: Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays, highchairs, and strollers are available (first-come, first-served; please reserve 3 days in advance).

Important Details
Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

  We had a great time even though Hurricane Helene kept us out of the water for last three days. We loved everything about the condo except the fact that it was farther back from the other condos and we did not have a good view of sunrise or sunset from our balcony. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful!!

    We are glad that you enjoyed your visit. Beach Colony Resort has a full front view of the Gulf. The position of the sun (based on season) changes obviously but we often enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the balconies on the back of the unit overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound or the 14th floor atrium.

  Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was excellent!! It had everything we needed . Well stocked kitchen, lots of games for all ages and two beach chairs. The balcony was spacious and windy with a fantastic view. I enjoy my coffee there every morning. I will return to 12a many times. Beach was Perfect for my wedding there.

  Absolutely beautifully decorated & stocked condo, we’ve been staying at beach Colony for years. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
  The gulf was the clearest I’ve seen it, weather & water was perfect.
  We cooked every night including using the barbecue pit.
  Surely we will be back.

  Location was perfect. Nice big pool. Room with 3 beds and 3 baths was just big enough and filled with all your kitchen needs. Needs new pillows- we had to go buy our own- was the only negative thing.
