This luxury GULF FRONT 15th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, 2 queen sized beds in the second bedroom, and 1 king sized bed in the third bedroom/ensuite.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will enjoy ample covered parking and two high speed elevators for loading ease.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. -The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

  This is an awesome place to stay with glorious views of the gulf. It is very comfortable with all the amenities. The management was very accommodating to our needs as we were staying for a full month. More specifically, they replaced an old vacuum cleaner and a Wi-Fi router that was giving us problems. I have only two recommendations... Since the condo accommodates 8 people, provide enough silverware and dishes for 8 people. Second, if check-out is 10:00 a.m., don't lock your guests out of the condo prior 10:00 a.m. I was loading my car prior to 10:00 a.m. for departure; however, I couldn't get back into the condo because the entry code seemed to expire and no longer worked. Fortunately, my wife was still inside, and we could continue packing. We would highly recommend this location for a vacation stay.
