  We loved everything about the condo. The parking pass didnt work for us- someone else parked in our spot the entire week, so unfortunately, we had to park in a spot that wasn't reserved.
  
  We did have issues with the AC fan the first day but they fixed it right away. We would definitely return.

  Nice place well kept enjoyed the time only one negative thing as much as you pay for the property you should have beach chairs an a umbrella with the property an not having to pay separately for them.

  Condo was very nice, Navarre Vacations excellent to deal with and very accommodating. We are hoping to continue renting from them in the future. The condo was nice but we found the living room furniture very uncomfortable but besides that we were extremely satisfied!!

  The balcony alone was magnificent! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. The kitchen was well-appointed. My husband loved the comfy living room furniture which seemed brand new. The beds were very comfortable.   Beach Colony is a great resort and had a good time. This particular condo had an issue with roaches, probably killed 15 within the week I stayed there. If this problem is resolved, I would definitely recommend this condo.
