Designed for privacy and comfort, our condo features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own attached ensuite bathroom:
Primary Suite: Luxurious King Bed + Private Ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen Bed + Ensuite.
Bedroom 3: Comfortable Two Full Size Beds + Ensuite.

Family Friendly: Complimentary Pack ‘n Plays, highchairs, and strollers are available (first-come, first-served; please reserve 3 days in advance).

Important Details
Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests. No large groups or parties allowed.
Security: For your safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera.
Beach Service: While complimentary service is provided, front-row placement is not guaranteed by the resort.
The resort's premium pool facilities are professionally managed by the complex. Occasional maintenance may occur to ensure the highest safety standards. As these schedules are managed independently, we are unable to offer refunds for temporary closures.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.

  Excellent location-kind of liking the lower floors these days. Rooms were nice, everything worked and well furnished-I like it simple. Place was very clean. Lots of good eats nearby plus Pensacola Beach is a leisurely drive for the restaurants there. Have been coming to Navarre Beach since 1991. Lots of changes but still our go to get away!

  We absolutely loved this condo. It was very spacious, clean, and the view was just amazing. It was very easy booking with Navarre Beach Vacations from the very first phone call. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The beach staff was also amazing. Sometimes they can be a little rude when you get chairs with your room, but these guys were great and very friendly. I will def be coming back here and booking with Navarre Beach Vacations.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Even though we ate out most of the time, the kitchen was fully stocked. The view was incredible . Beds were very comfy.   We love this location and the 3C. The furnishings were perfect for our family. Having the 3rd bathroom was a bonus so grandkids could have their own. Always carts available when needed. We did find on check in that some cleaning was missed such as some trash left under bed and coffee pot not cleaned. Minor details. Kids wished there was an ice cream scoop! Haha. Extra linens for pull out sofa was not located but turns out we didn’t need. Extra pillows would be a nice thing to have for some but we are used to bringing our own. Hangers!! I always pack some but to not have any in master closet was a surprise. But. On of this would keep me from giving it a 5 rating. I do wish we had known to call ahead and reserve front row spots for the 2 chairs that come with the condo.

We are always happy to send housekeeping up if anything is missed. We also keep extra sheets in our office, which is on the first floor. We don't advertise the pull out couch because we do already have sleeping arrangements for 8 and that is the maximum number of people we allow in a unit. We will be sure to add an ice cream scoop and more hangers! Next time let us know and we will bring you some.
